Celebrity fashion designer, Toyin Lawani, has received backlash for posting almost nude video online.
The top Nigerian designer was anticipating her 40th birthday anniversary. And she went on to post half clad images and videos on the internet.
She didn’t give a damn while posting the content. She also captioned the post by saying she’s unapologetic. She addressed potential critics to hit their heads in the wall.
She told her fans that she’s size 8 and boasted that she had beauty and brain combined.
Toyin Lawani said, “Beauty with brains, who says you can’t be sexy and be a mum and a wife?”
She didn’t stop at that, she said she could be sexy, be a mum and a wife. She further captioned, “You just need to be loved by who understands you and loves you for who you are.”
But her step didn’t go down well with her fans. Shortly after she posted the video, one Razziechazy dragged the celebrity. He asked her to go full naked so as to show she’s beautiful.
He even cautioned her to be mindful of what she posts on Instagram because some underages are on the platform. He warned, “We have children here on Instagram, stop all this madness in the name of fashion, I beg you in the name of God, madam.”
Another user Good_goods_12 said that women are losing the values because they are ignorant and they imitate. He then questioned, “Why can’t we imitate better things, rather than cheap awareness in the name of civilisation?”
