The Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Orji Uzor Kalu has described President Bola Tinubu as one who listens and does things pragmatically. He also added that he had paid a private visit to the president.
Kalu, who was Abia State governor from 1999 just like Tinubu in Lagos, commended his “colleague” for *his courageous strides in sailing the course of the nation and also give him the benefit of an independent assessment of the areas that require his urgent attention.”
Kalu added that the president appreciated the thoughtfulness of the visit. He pointed out some issues to Tinubu, who promised that there would be improvement very soon.
The federal lawmaker concluded, “Honestly, one thing I want Nigerians to know and appreciate, is the fact that we have a listening President, who is running a responsive and pragmatic Government and hence, the need to be supported by all well meaning Nigerians.”
