Russian President Vladimir Putin has given more warnings over the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The president has warned the Western allies against a certain decision.
The belligerent president, warned that there should be no decision to impose no fly zone over Ukraine. He sternly gave this warning amidst the ceasefire.
Putin had initially declared a ceasefire so as to allow evacuation of civilians. Millions of Ukrainians are caught up in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
As more civilians are dead in the crisis, Putin warned the Western world. He argued that Russia would threat any country with that decision as a participant in the conflict.
Putin was discussing with some female pilots when he made the comment. Putin and Russia lost when the United Nations General Assembly met on Wednesday.
Apart from that, Putin has not fully ceased from the war, even though he has called for a dialogue. The Russian president said, “any move in this direction” as interference that “will pose a threat to our service members.”
He emboldened the pilots and argued further, “That very second, we will view them as participants of the military conflict, and it would not matter what members they are.”
The conflict has passed a week. Thousands of Ukrainians have evacuated and left for neighboring Poland as refugees. Reports also have it that Russian forces couldn’t proceed.
A number of countries have considered coming up with no-fly zone over Ukraine. That could actually prevent Russian forces from bombing Ukraine.
The Russia-Ukraine conflict has seriously worried the West. But neither the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) nor the European Union (EU) can intervene.
Ukraine has not officially joined either of them. The best they can do is to supply arms and ammunition to Ukraine.
And Mr. Vladimir Putin has warned the West not to declare no fly zone over Ukraine.
