Dino Melaye Taunts Yahaya Bello Over EFCC Issue
A former spokesperson for Nigeria’s Senate, Mr. Dino Melaye has taunted a former governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello.
Bello is still on the run from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). He has a case to answer with the Commission for offenses bordering on money laundering and misappropriation of public funds. He has denied wrongdoings.
In a Facebook post on Friday, Dino Melaye, who was the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for the last Kogi State governorship election said, “Yahaya Bello, it’s better to face your demons instead of perpetually running away from them(EFCC). KARMA IS REAL.”
Melaye, who is better as a social media influencer than a politician, asks Bello to show his face and go to answer questions at the EFCC because he can’t keep running away.
