Congratulatory messages and encomiums have continued to come in for the veteran and ace film producer Kunle Afolayan, who shone at the latest African Magic Viewer’s Choice Award (AMVCA).
He won five awards with the epic movie, Anikulapo, which was released and premiered last year. Although the film failed to make it to the Oscars award, the five prizes it won at the AMVCA excites the producer.
Kunle Afolayan shared the pictures of the awards on his official Instagram page on Monday. He expressed his gratitude to his friends, colleagues and family for the support he received.
The movie, Anikulapo, won in 5 out of 16 categories including the Best Indigenous Language, Best overall movie, best sound editor, best writer and best sound track.
