Private Jets Owners Engage in Drug Trafficking & Money Laundering – Festus Keyamo
Mr. Festus Keyamo, the Minister of the Aviation has accused owners of private jets of using their luxury plane to engage in drug trafficking and money laundering. The Minister didn’t immediately provide evidence.
The minister was inaugurating a taskforce to checkmate illegal activities of chartered operations in Nigeria.
Keyamo, who didn’t list names of the owners or the airlines, said that the illicit business has made the sector lose billions of dollars and brought about concerns over security.
