JAMB Extends Registration For DE Applicants
The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board has extended the deadline for the registration for the Direct Entry (DE) applicants.
The board made this known on Thursday via its verified X (formerly known as Twitter).
A terse statement that the board released indicated that the registration is supposed to close today. However, JAMB noted the ongoing Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) made its officers closed offices to monitor the examination.
The statement said, “Direct Entry registration would not be closing today. The Board is aware of the fact that all through the UTME exercise its offices were closed for DE registration. As such it would avail candidates the opportunity to utilise those lost days.”
