IPMAN and Dangote Finally Reach Deal Over Petrol, Diesel, Others
The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) and the Dangote Refinery have reached a deal with the former agreeing to supply petroleum, diesel and other crude oil products to the marketers.
There have been tussles between the two sides for weeks with only the government-owned NNPCL getting the products from the Lagos-based refinery.
On Monday, the president of the marketers on Monday announced the breakthrough when talking with the Channels Television. Abubakar Garima that the IPMAN was pleased to make the announcement.
“We’re pleased to announce that Dangote Refinery has agreed to supply IPMAN with PMS, AGO, and DPK directly for distribution to our depots and retail outlets,” IPMAN President was quoted by Channels TV.
