US and Western allies betray Ukraine to a very large extent. The West led by the United States of America should have the blame for the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Of course, there wouldn’t have been a conflict between the two neighbors if the United States and Western allies didn’t convince Ukraine. They asked Russian neighbor to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
NATO is an intergovernmental organization that gathers military alliances. It helps member states to confront enemies. And it protects territorial integrity.
The United States has convinced Ukraine to become a member of the military alliance, yet there is no provision to protect Ukraine.
Russia has sternly warned that it wouldn’t tolerate NATO within its premises. The Kremlin sees NATO as a very big threat. Therefore, it ensures no NATO establishment close to its borders.
It is crystal clear that Ukraine needs protection. There is no way, however, Kyiv can join NATO or EU without reactions from the Kremlin. As a matter of fact, Russia won’t fold its arms.
That means the United States ought to have adequately equipped and put things in place in case of Russian aggression.
US president Joe Biden warned that Russia would surely invade Ukraine. Yes, the warning was timely. But America and NATO failed to stop the aggression.
They are aware that Ukraine suffers because of its readiness to be a member of NATO. Then, it should be a moral responsibility for the USA and allies to act swiftly. They did nothing.
President Zelensky has agreed to talk with Russia. But it should be noted that the US and Western allies betray Ukraine in this particular conflict.
Russia has warned Sweden and Finland. Kremlin doesn’t want them to join NATO. It warns of military and political consequences. Yet the west won’t act.
