Buhari’s Minister Mamman Faints & Collapses During Corruption Trial
A member of the cabinet of former President Muhammadu Buhari fainted and collapsed while his corruption trial was ongoing on Thursday.
The former minister of power, Mr. Saleh Mamman was in the court to answer a case bordering on money laundering when he passed out in the presence of the trial judge.
Saleh had earlier claimed to have ill-health, but the Federal High Court in Abuha still went on with the trial.
He was supposed to enter a plea on Thursday and he did faint and collapse even before his turn to appsr before the judge, who said that such an incident could happen to anyone.
Speaking, Ate said Mamman, “upon being brought into the premises of the court collapsed and had to be resuscitated and treated by the medical personnel of the Federal High Court.”
