Tragedy: Ex Kogi Governor’s Son Dies After Ramadan Eid
Tragedy has struck the family of an ex Kogi State governor, Ibrahim Idris as a son of the former governor died shortly after the Ramadan Eid prayer.
Mohammed, a former member of the House of Representatives, is dead. The ex governor’s son passed on shortly after he observed the Eid prayer in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory on Wednesday.
Mohammed Idris represented Ankpa, Olamaboro and Omala Federal Constituency (Kogi) in the lower chamber of the National Assembly. According to a statement from the family, he will be buried immediately in accordance to the Islamic rites.
