Brighton compound Newcastle United’s woe
The seagulls were at home on Saturday evening to beat the visitors the magpies in the English Premier League. Both Brighton Hove and Albion and Newcastle United lost last week.
Liverpool, with one man down, defeated Newcastle United right at the St. James’s Park. Likewise, West Ham hammered Brighton Hove and Albion last week in the league.
Both sides met today and it’s Brighton that were able to quickly shake off the previous defeat. Evans Ferguson, 18, scored a hattrick in the 27th, 65th and 70th minute of the encounter at the American Express Stadium.
Wilson scored the consolation goal for the magpies in the additional minutes. Newcastle United have won just one match out of four.
