Benue SSG Alakali Resigns from Office
Prof. Joseph Alakali, the Secretary to the Benue State Government has tendered his resignation letter based on personal reasons.
The press secretary to the state governor Hyacinth Alia has confirmed the development in a state on Tuesday.
The statement reads in part; “In accepting the resignation, Gov. Alia expressed gratitude to Prof. Alakali for serving the state under his administration for a year and three months.”
“He wishes him well and prays that the Almighty grants the former SSG the strength to tackle the many challenges he has chosen to address”, the statement added.
