Iran’s Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei Threatens US, Israel
The Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has issued a threat to the United States and its biggest ally Israel over the Israeli ceaseless attacks on the Iran’s Axis of Resistance in the Middle East. The war in Gaza and Lebanon are closer to escalation.
Iran backs the Palestinian Hamas in Gaza as well as Lebanese Hezbollah, which has had a serious battle with the Israeli forces in Beirut and northern Israel.
Shortly after it was confirmed that Israel had killed Hezbollah leader, Hassan Nasrallah, Tehran launched a barrage of missiles on Israel. Most of the ballistic missiles were intercepted. Israel has retaliated, though without targeting the Iran’s nuclear and oil facilities.
In a post on X, the supreme leader said that Iran would give a crushing response for whag both the United States of America and Israel are doing against Iran and the Axis of Resistance.
He said, “The United States of America and the Zionist regime will definitely receive a crushing response for what they do against #Iran and the #Resistance Front.”
