Seun Kuti has refused to show some remorse after he was caught on camera slapping a police officer.
The popular saxophonist has already been summoned by the Inspector General of Police for attacking a police officer.
Kuti, a son of the renowned artiste and human rights fighter, Fela Anikulapo, can also be heard using derogatory remarks on the officer.
Rather than appealing to the officer and the force as a whole, Mr. Kuti has also been seen boasting that he had slapped several police officers in the past.
There have been mixed reactions over his indisciplined action. Some argued that the police, known for unprofessionalism, must have harassed him, hence, he took the law into his own hands.
However, several have condemned him on the ground that it’s wrong to attack a law officer no matter the level of provocation.
