At this point Obi Cubana should worry about Kyari’s arrest by the NDLEA. The anti narcotic agency has released a damning evidence against the honoured police cop.
The matter ought not to concern the socialite club owner. But there is a link between him and the suspended cop. And that is the reason Obi Cubana should worry about the development.
Mr. Abba Kyari, one of the most decorated and honoured police officer in Nigeria, got suspension after he was indicted in an international case involving Hushpuppi in the United States.
Authorities in the USA arrested and detained Abass who is commonly known as Hushpuppi. Upon his arrest, he made some revelations which indicted the police officer.
Whereas the NDLEA released a video today which shows how Abba Kyari engaged in drug businesses. The incident shocked a wave across the country and further exposed the police officer.
Obi Cubana has also been at the NDLEA headquarters over matters that include drugs. He was accused of being a merchant or intermediary with drug barons in some countries.
He denied the allegations and be said he was merely being targeted. But Abba Kyari was in Oba, the hometown of Obi Cubana. When the socialite club proprietor held burial party for his deceased mother, the cop was present.
The appearance of DCP Abba Kyari at the event raised the suspicion that the two men are close and they have some business interests. Now that the NDLEA has arrested Kyari, he will surely talk.
The NDLEA will try as much as possible to establish some connections to Obi Cubana. There is possibility the agency will succeed. Therefore, Obi Cubana should worry about Kyari’s arrest.
