Adamawa Workers Receive N70,000 Minimum Wage
The administration of Governor Ahmadu Fintiri in Adamawa State has started paying the newly approved minimum wage to its workers across all levels. Some state governors have expressed their opinion about the feasibility of the N70,000 and clearly stated that they wouldn’t be able to pay it.
But Adamawa State civil servants are now rejoicing as the state government started the payment. Adamawa becomes the first northern state to pay the sum to workers.
